My 26th Birthday

Well, my birthday started with my first ever Jury Duty. Yes, that is right, this past Friday was the first time ever I have actually HAD to go to Jury Duty. It was a waste of about 3 hours of my time, I did not get selected, luckily. And luckily enough a friend from highschool found me and we chatted the whole time we were waiting. Score! Anyways, that afternoon Chris and I went to Red Robbin for lunch and went to several different stores clearance shopping. I got some very cute things for very cheap! We are so frugal! Hehehe. I got a pair of jeans for $15 and a black pair of slacks for $20 at the Gap, Chris got a pair of jeans for $10 at Aeropostale, I got a dress from Old Navy for $5 and a tank for $3. Craziness! Good deals are great though!

And I finally got to see the movie I had been wanting to see all weekend on Sunday evening. Definitely, Maybe. It was cute and funny and I really enjoyed it.

Yesterday, Monday, Chris developed his second set of kidney stones and I had to take him to the doctor (not the emergency room this time thank goodness!). We just went for the CT scan this afternoon and they determined that he had one in each kidney. The one that had given him pain already that was in the left kidney is about to pass and the one that is in the right kidney has yet to cause him trouble, so they told him to get ready to feel some pain on that one because it is bigger than the one that was in his left. Please be in prayer for Chris as he goes through all this pain. Luckily the doctor prescribed some pain pills for him.
